Refund Policy

The Inner Shift Academy is committed to providing each customer with exceptional service. We want you to feel comfortable about doing business with us. Due to the nature of our business and the accessibility of our products immediately upon purchase, there is a generous 14-day full refund policy, which begins on the date of purchase. 
 
For our Live events, the 30 day refund policy applies as long as notice is given at least 14 days prior to the event. Sadly, this means that tickets purchased within 14 days of the event cannot be refunded.

If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have paid for, you may contact support@innershiftacademy.com within 14 days of the purchase and we will look into your request.
